MODULE A – Excel 2007 for logistic – Solving actual case studies at logistics, cost charts of production planning, etc. wide varieties of usage of this tool will be presented. The training is focused for logistic workers, planning operators, logistic analyzers, and controllers in production industries as well and for all of those who have something in common with planning and controlling of the material, production and financial flow. The course requires basic skills in Excel.

MODULE B – Costs savings in supply management – basic division, EOQ control methods, ABC analysis, portfolio analysis, MINI-MAXI method, determine safety stock, optimalization using the method of control levels, KANBAN, optimum amount, supplying activity plan, insecurity influence on the stock level, interconnection between turnover, stocks and turnover frequency.
