Summer School of the Slovak Language and Culture - July 2010, Kurs

The Summer School of the Slovak Language and Culture is the integral part of the International Summer Language School Slovakia (ISLSS) 2010.It is an excellent opportunity for everybody who is interested in learning or improving his/her Slovak language skills as well as in getting closer knowledge of Slovakia – its history, present, traditions and dominants. Within ISLSS 2010 participants can practise their Slovak in informal communication with the Slovak participants improving their English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Russian there. Participants can pass only 2-week Summer School from July 5 – 16, 2010.

Everybody who is interested in the Slovak language, in discovering Slovakia – a beautiful country in the heart of Europe, and is looking for wonderful holidays in the multinational community in the capital of the Slovak Republic and at the same time in the area of relax nearby the lake.

Everybody who wishes to learn Slovak and is interested in discovering Slovakia is welcome to join our Summer School. Besides intensive Slovak language course (lessons in multimedia language labs, conversation and language lessons, lectures and discussions on present Slovakia, etc.)we have prepared an interesting social and cultural programme with young animators aimed at history, culture, traditions, dominants and natural beauties of Bratislava and its surroundings (walks and trips, Slovak folk traditions, a weekend trip around Slovakia, etc.).

After receiving the online enrolment (from www.uninova.sk/clap), a placement test will be sent to the participant in order to get the information on the level of his/her Slovak language proficiency.
